Please note, as a congress delegate you are entitled to lunch each day, your delegate badge can only be scanned once each day at the catering stations and cannot be used more than once. Please bear this is mind and make the most of the meal deals suggestions on the back of your delegate badge.
During the booking process you will have the option to pay by credit/debit card or request an invoice. The option to pay via invoice will be removed 30 days prior to the event. Full payment must be received prior to the start of the conference in order to be admitted to the event. Invoices are payable within 30 days, or prior to the start to the event if issued less than 30 days prior. Once you have registered to attend your invoice will be emailed to you. You can also view/download your invoice/receipt by logging back into the IMC21 website and selecting 'Order history' from the 'My account' dropdown menu (top right hand side). You can choose to pay your invoice by credit card online here. You can also check to see whether we have received payment by downloading your invoice and viewing the outstanding balance.
If you wish to cancel your booking and have added either a pre-congress workshop and/or gala dinner ticket to your registration booking, we will not be able to refund the cost of these tickets after Friday 14 August due to final numbers being given to the venue.

If you require a visa support letter to assist with an application to attend IMC21, please contact Emily Corkhill. Visa support letters can only be issued once you have registered to attend the meeting and made the registration payment in full. Please do not send us any personal documentation, such as passport information, as we are unable to add this information to the letter.
Children at IMC21
The conference and social events have been planned, risk assessed, and insured as adult-only events, we are unable to permit children under the age of 18 to attend. This requirement is linked to our safeguarding obligations and insurance conditions, and these responsibilities cannot be waived or transferred through a disclaimer or parental consent form.
We would encourage anyone attending apply for our Care & Support Grant and we can also provide information on local childcare providers should this be of assistance.
We welcome young visitors to the exhibition during exhibition opening hours, but anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents/guardians who bring children under the age of 18 to the exhibition do so at their own risk. Children under the age of 18 must register as an exhibitor visitor to gain entry.
Without exception, persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted on site during the build-up and breakdown stages of the exhibition due to Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.
