Registration

We are pleased to announce the registration fees for IMC21

During the booking process you will have the option to pay by credit/debit card or request an invoice (which is payable within 30 days or prior to the event). Once you have registered to attend you invoice will be emailed to you. You can also view/download your invoice/receipt by logging back into the IMC21 website and selecting 'Order history' from the 'My account' dropdown menu (top right hand side). You can choose to pay your invoice by credit card online here. You can also check to see whether we have received payment by downloading your invoice and viewing the outstanding balance.

If you require a visa support letter to assist with an application to attend IMC21, please contact Jessica Cole.
Visa support letters can only be issued once you have registered to attend the meeting and made the registration payment in full. Please do not send us any personal documentation, such as passport information, as we are unable to add this information to the letter. 

Registration will remain open for congress and exhibition attendees until Friday 4 September 2026.

Someone travelling with the delegate who is not attending the congress but wishes to visit the venue and exhibition.

Essential Companion/Personal Assistant
This ticket is intended for delegates attending IMC21 who require additional support, due to disability-related needs. The essential companion/personal assistant must be over the age of 16, and accept responsibility for providing the additional support you require to access IMC21, including in an emergency situation or evacuation, and must be capable and available to provide this support throughout your time at IMC21. 

This ticket holder is entitled to access to all scientific symposiums, opening / closing ceremonies, exhibition entry and welcome reception.

Lunch and refreshments are included. These will be available from the exhibition hall, this ticket DOES NOT include the Gala Dinner.
