Registration Fees

During the booking process you will have the option to pay by credit/debit card or request an invoice (which is payable within 30 days or prior to the event). Once you have registered to attend, if you would like to view/download your invoice/receipt, please log back into the IMC21 website and select 'Order history' from the 'My account' dropdown menu (top right hand side). You can choose to pay your invoice by credit card online here. You can also check to see whether we have received payment by downloading your invoice and viewing the outstanding balance.

If you require a visa letter to assist with an application to attend IMC21, please register first and then contact Jessica Cole. 

Registration will remain open for congress and exhibition attendees until Friday 4 August.

What's included in your ticket

Full Registration & Full Student Registration

• Access to all scientific symposiums, opening / closing ceremonies, exhibition entry and welcome reception
• Lunch and refreshments. These will be available from the exhibition hall

Day Registration

• Access to all scientific symposiums for one day and exhibition entry
• Lunch and refreshements on the day attending

Accompanying Person

Accompanying Person refers to someone travelling with the attendee who is not attending the congress but wishes to visit the venue and exhibition. A guide for accompanying persons will be available in due course. Accompanying Persons are entitled to attend the opening / closing ceremonies and welcome reception, and gain entry to the exhibition.

Exhibition only

• Access to the exhibition
• Refreshments, this ticket DOES NOT include lunch

Essential Companion/Personal Assistant

The essential companion/personal assistant ticket is intended for delegates attending IMC21 who require additional support, due to disability-related needs. The essential companion/personal assistant must be over the age of 16, and accept responsibility for providing the additional support you require to access IMC21, including in an emergency situation or evacuation, and must be capable and available to provide this support throughout your time at IMC21. Please select this ticket in addition to your own registration. This ticket holder is entitled to the following:

• Access to all scientific symposiums, opening / closing ceremonies, exhibition entry and welcome reception
• Lunch and refreshments. These will be available from the exhibition hall

Additions to your booking

You can also choose to book one of our Pre-Congress Workshops (taking place on Sunday 30 August at the University of Liverpool) and the Gala Dinner during the registration process.  

Gala Dinner includes

• Access to the Gala Dinner event (further details will be available in due course)
• Three course meal, drinks and entertainment

Pre-Congress Workshop & Student Pre-Congress Workshop includes

• Access to your chosen workshop (one workshop per booking)
• Lunch and coffee breaks
