Venue
Our venue, ACC Liverpool, are committed to providing experiences and events that are accessible to everyone. Being an accessible venue is incredibly important to them, which is why they work with AccessAble to highlight the accessibility and usability of their venues. Their end goal is to make sure that every visit to our campus is an enjoyable one, regardless of your accessibility requirements.
Of course, accessibility is about more than just physical facilities: at ACC Liverpool, it’s their culture and attitude that sets them apart. As an organisation, they are aligned with the “Attitude is Everything” Charter of Best Practice – and they currently hold Gold Status. They are committed to further improvement to continually ensure venue accessibility.

Quiet Room
IMC21 is proud to have a quiet room available on site at the congress. This is a free space for attendees to decompress from the hustle and bustle of the congress and will be equipped with noise defenders, fidget toys and a puzzles, as well as different seating options.
Attendees can enter the room on their own, and stay as long as they would like, all we ask is that you are respectful of others in the room. This room is not designed to be a working space, and we kindly ask that attendees refrain from using it as a meeting/work space.
Prayer Room
A prayer room is available on site, more information on this will be made available soon.
Lactation Room
As part of efforts to make ACC Liverpool breastfeeding friendly, they have achieved the Breastfeeding Mayoral Quality mark from Liverpool Bambis. As a venue, they welcome parents to breastfeed babies in any area of our premises, and we aim to provide a comfortable and safe environment for this to take place.

Of course, we understand that some people prefer privacy when breastfeeding, and a room will be allocated to allow our attendees to breastfeed in private. More information on this will be available soon.
