Exhibitor Registration

It is a requirement that all exhibitor stand representatives register to attend the 21st International Microscopy Congress (IMC21).

Registration is now open. Please note it will not be possible to register multiple exhibition staff at once. The registration system is person-specific. Exhibitor Stand Representatives will need to have an RMS account set up in their own name. If you do not have an RMS account please register for one HERE. 

Exhibitor Stand Representative Tickets

How many IMC21 Exhibitor Stand Representative Tickets do I receive with my booking?

  • Each exhibition stand booking includes 2 x IMC21 Exhibitor Stand Representative Tickets for every block of 9 sqm booked. Additional Exhibitor tickets can be purchased for £75 + VAT per person (see details below on how to order more).
  • A company code (discount code) for your booking was provided in the IMC21 Exhibition Stand Booking Confirmation email sent to the booking contact with the contract and invoice.
  • All exhibitor stand representatives must register to attend IMC21 with the ‘IMC21 Exhibitor Stand Representative Ticket’. Please do not register with the ‘Exhibition Only Admission’ ticket, as this does not provide the same access.

What is included with my IMC21 Exhibitor Stand Representative Ticket?

  • Admittance to the IMC21 exhibition, including the poster area, and company workshops. (Please note that if you will be presenting in the main conference or presenting a poster, a full conference pass will be required. Your company full Conference pass can be used for this purpose and can be shared amongst your company representatives.)
  • Complimentary tea, coffee and water
  • Access to the congress app

What is not included with my IMC21 Exhibitor Stand Representative Ticket?

  • No access to the conference sessions with this ticket
  • Please note that food is not included with your ticket.  Food can be purchased at the catering points during exhibition opening hours (card payment only).
  • Tickets are available to purchase for the Gala Dinner on the Wednesday 2 September (subject to availability). 

Is the IMC21 Exhibitor Stand Representative Ticket transferable?

 
  • This ticket is issued to an individual and is non-transferable.

Additional Exhibitor Stand Representative Tickets

How do I purchase additional IMC21 Exhibitor Stand Representative Tickets?

If you would like to purchase additional Exhibitor Stand Representative Tickets and would like a combined company invoice for the tickets, these can be purchased for £75+VAT per person via the additional sponsorship tickets on the IMC website. They can be purchased by the exhibition stand booking contact, by logging into their exhibition stand booking and adding on the tickets. Once we have received your order we will increase your Company Code (Discount Code) against the number of tickets purchased. This will allow your staff members to register as an exhibitor without being invoiced separately. Please wait for your email from the exhibition team, confirming your order with your Company Code (Discount Code), before trying to register.

How to register as an IMC21 Exhibitor

Please follow the instructions below to register as an Exhibitor Stand Representative.

  • Click on the below button to login to the IMC21 Registration page. Exhibitor Stand Representatives need to register on their individual RMS accounts, as they must select any personal preferences related to attending the meeting in person.

  • Select the ticket IMC21 Exhibitor Stand Representative Ticket - £75.00

  • Complete the following information: Personal Information, Attendee Information, Contact Preferences, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions

Using a Company Code ( Discount Code)

  • After you have completed the above booking information, it will give you the option to enter a Company Code (Discount Code) at the Checkout. Please enter this now and click Apply. This will make the ticket £0.00, then complete the booking.

Not Using a Company Code ( Discount Code)

  • After you have completed the above booking information, enter your billing address and this will give you the option to create an invoice or pay via debit/credit card. Then click next to complete your booking by your preferred method.

Company Conference Passes

How many Company Conference Passes do I get?

  • Each stand will also receive 1 complimentary full conference pass for every 9sqm of space booked.
  • The passes will be in your company name.
  • The passes can be shared amongst your registered stand representatives to allow access to the conference sessions or when presenting in a session or presenting a poster in the exhibition hall.
  • The Company Conference Passes will be handed out with your exhibitor welcome pack at the event.

Arrangements for company representatives and contractors on site for build-up and/or breakdown

  • Company representatives and contractors on site for build-up on Friday 28 August to Sunday 30 August, and during breakdown on Thursday 3 September and Friday 4 September will be issued with wristbands on arrival to allow access to the exhibition hall and workshop rooms during build-up and breakdown only. Your set up team will not need to register to attend IMC21 as a company representative if they will only be present to set-up/dismantle equipment during the build-up/breakdown period.
