Journal of Microscopy IMC21 Special Issue

The Journal of Microscopy is pleased to announce a new special issue featuring papers from contributors to IMC21

The special issue will be guest edited by the Journal’s General Editor Professor Michelle Peckham, Deputy Editor Professor Pete Nellist and our team of Scientific Editors.

We welcome submissions for this issue and we recommend that contributions adopt the ‘Rapid Publication’ style, with:

no more than 20 references
no more than three figures
no more than 3000 words (including references)

Deadline for submissions: 26 February 2027

Papers should be submitted through Research Exchange platform. Please choose the paper type ‘Rapid Publication’ or 'Original Article' and choose “The 21st International Microscopy Congress (IMC21) 2026” as the special issue.
