Bookings for sponsorship packages and individual items open on Wednesday 5 November at 14:00 GMT.
All items are available on a first come, first served basis. Prices vary depending on exclusivity and placement.

If you have received confirmation of your stand allocation, your company representative who made the exhibitor stand booking will be able to log back into their account to select additional items on a first-come/first-served basis.
How to book Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
- Ensure that you have reviewed all the information within this sponsorship prospectus.
- Click on the booking link - Active from 14:00 on Wednesday 5 November 2025.
- Log back into the RMS website account that you made the stand booking through. This needs to be done by the account holder who made the exhibition stand booking which you are adding to.
- Select 'Get more tickets' - see the image below.
- Choose the additional sponsorship opportunities that you wish to add to your booking.
- Submit your booking.
